Nalpac Launches New Mobile App

Nalpac Launches New Mobile App

FERNDALE, Mich. — Nalpac has developed and launched a new mobile app (version 1.3.0), that’s now available at the Google Play store for Android devices and coming soon to IOS.

With the Nalpac Mobile App, retailers now have an easy-to-use handheld resource to place orders, or access account information. The Nalpac Mobile App allows retailers to place orders directly from their mobile device, including while on the retail floor. Retailers are able to build a cart to place an order in a matter of minutes or create one or more “shopping lists” to later view, change and ultimately order.

Retailers can search for items by scanning any UPC, entering Nalpac or manufacturer part numbers or searching by keyword. Nalpac Mobile also provides account information, including invoices, tracking information, and detailed order history along with the latest news, new product releases, and current promotions.

“As a distributor, our goal is to create value for both the customers and manufacturers who support us,” Nalpac CEO Steve Craig said. “We identified a few of the many challenges retailers face and are committed to building tools, primarily through technology, to allow our customers to be able to operate more efficiently. The Mobile App is the base tool of our efficiency platform for providing customers the information needed to excel in the most accessible means possible.”

Craig continued, "It is our hope that our Mobile App will revolutionize the way retailers order product and access product information; our first release contains just a few of the features and benefits of what Nalpac plans to offer in the Mobile App."

Features of the Nalpac Mobile App version 1.3.0 include quick order entry, order history, scanning, searching, shopping lists and a blog

Andy Craig said, “ We envision customers using our application at any industry trade show and encourage retailers who do not currently work with us to sign-up to see what they are missing.”

The Nalpac Mobile App is now available in the Google Play store and is coming soon to IOS. Nalpac first utilized the Nalpac Mobile App at their open house event this month. According to the company, guests had an easier shopping and ordering experience and offered positive feedback.

“This App gives our customers the ability to take their business on the go with them to trade shows and events, or instantly place orders to refill low stock. With the Nalpac App our customers now have the full resources of Nalpac behind them,” said David Salamon, Nalpac IT director. “Additionally, we also have a lot of new features that we are already developing to make this mobile app as robust and useful as possible.”

Nalpac customers can now place orders on the app or contact a Nalpac sales rep with any questions. New Nalpac customers can email sales@naplac.com to get an account set up.
