LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce its official categories for the 2019 XBIZ Awards, when the inimitable Stormy Daniels will host the adult industry's biggest night, presented by MyFreeCams.com.
Covering the most extensive range of categories in adult, the pre-nomination period for the 2019 XBIZ Awards will launch industrywide on Sept. 1. To submit pre-noms, industry professionals must be registered members of XBIZ.net and use the online submission form to record their entries.
The deadline for pre-nominations is midnight on Sunday, Sept. 30.
This year's roster of categories are marked by several changes designed to honor the ongoing progression of adult.
In the Movies & Production field, the following four categories have been eliminated so that such works can be recognized in a more inclusive manner within non-ethnic categories: All-Black Release of the Year, Interracial Release of the Year, Latin-Themed Release of the Year and Asian-Themed Release of the Year.
In addition, XBIZ is introducing Clip Artist of the Year – Female, Clip Artist of the Year - Male and Best Sex Scene – Clip Artist to highlight the creative works of today's clip community, with a special emphasis on creativity, community advocacy and social outreach.
And in recognition of the growing demand for lifelike sexual companions, XBIZ is introducing a new Pleasure Products category: Sex Doll Brand of the Year.
In order to be eligible for consideration for a 2019 XBIZ Award, movies and pleasure products must be released between Oct. 1, 2017 and Sept. 30, 2018.
Links to digital content, marketing material and/or website access information should be provided via the pre-nom submission form.

The 17th annual XBIZ Awards will once again coincide with the annual XBIZ Show, the adult industry's largest trade events series, which unites digital media pros, content producers, cam networks and studios, virtual reality players, models/performers and solution providers, for business opportunities in the world capital of adult.
