SAN JOSE, Calif. — Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Clubs has opened a new location in San Jose, Calif. — its first venue in Northern California.
The new location is in the heart of downtown San Jose at 81 W. Santa Clara St.
"Southern California is our largest brand market and where Spearmint Rhino was founded,” said Kathy Vercher, president and COO of Spearmint Rhino Companies Worldwide Inc.
“We are pleased to be able to introduce our neighbors to the north to our exemplary hospitality, and next level entertainment," Vercher said.
Spearmint Rhino, founded in 1989, has locations in the California cities of City of Industry, Los Angeles, Oxnard, Rialto, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Torrance and Van Nuys. It also has locations in West Palm Beach, Fla.; Boise, Idaho; Dallas, Texas; Las Vegas; Lexington, Ky.; Carter Lake, Iowa; Minneapolis; Pittsburgh; Melbourne; and Sheffield, Birmingham, London, Bournemouth, and Leicester in the U.K.
Spearmint Rhino also operates secondary brands Dames N' Games Topless Sports Bar & Grill, Blue Zebra Adult Cabaret and California Girls.
Vercher noted that the San Jose club is currently auditioning local dancers, as well as support staff.
The club is looking for bartenders, waitresses, DJs, VIP hosts, promoters and security staff.
