VENICE, Calif. — Mick Blue has received a 2018 NightMoves Awards nomination for Best Non-Feature Director.
“I’m very grateful to NightMoves for the recognition of my directing,” Blue said. “It’s always been important to me, but the past few years I’ve really had the opportunity to focus on it and I am very happy with the body of work that I have created. I’m fortunate to have BAM Visions, where Claudio and I really get to bring some great ideas to life for the DVDs and the website, plus the incredible opportunities I have had with other companies like Third Degree, Zero Tolerance and others. I’ve been very fortunate.”
At last year’s NightMoves Awards, Blue won Best Male Performer and Best Ethnic/Interracial Release for directing Latin Asses 3 (Hard X). Earlier this month, Blue was inducted to the XRCO Hall of Fame.
BAM Visions is the studio created by Blue, Anikka Albrite and Maestro Claudio that is distributed by Evil Angel. Their latest release is “Ass Workout 3,” which stars Candice Dare, Christiana Cinn, Texas Patti and Zoey Monroe.
