XBlaze Acquires VOD Sites Anywhere.xxx, StrictlyBroadband.com

SAN FRANCISCO — Newly launched XBlaze Productions has acquired a pair of U.K.-based VOD sites: Anywhere.xxx and StrictlyBroadband.com.

XBlaze CEO Jeff Dillon expressed gratitude for the opportunity to add a transactional VOD property to his portfolio and “take this VOD platform to the next level.”

“I have known of [StrictlyBroadband.com] since the mid-2000s and always admired their work. Now I get to be a part of the magic.”

The acquisitions bolster Dillon’s plan to expand XBlaze into new markets and build out its affiliate program. On the docket are XBlazeToys and XBlazin, a smoke shop and accessories store.

Former Managing Director Hana Rose said the company is “glad we worked out a deal” with XBlaze.

“No one knows the VOD space better than Jeff Dillon, so I am happy to know the site will be in good hands.”

Dillon can be reached at jd@xblaze.com.
