VALENCIA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films flagship series “Women Seeking Women" was named Best Girl/Girl Series at the 2018 XRCO Awards.
The announcement coincided with the release of the latest installment to the ongoing saga, “Women Seeking Women 156” on DVD.
Moose, president of Girlfriends Films, who was present at the show, was ecstatic to hear the news.
“Wow, what an incredible night!” Moose exclaimed. “The atmosphere at the venue was amazing this year. And it is such an honor for Girlfriends to earn recognition in our genre, with the series that put us on the map. We are so fortunate to have an amazing team of directors, crew, and staff working with the most absolutely top-notch performers in the field today. I can’t tell you how stoked I am right now.”
Also taking home awards in their respective genres were notable studios from the Girlfriends Films “family” of distributed titles, including Angela White’s AGW Productions (Best Gonzo Series, Best Gonzo Movie) and BangBros (Best POV Series), and a host of additional awards to directors and talent appearing in Girlfriends and GFF Distribution productions.
“The caliber of talent here is nothing short of outstanding,” Moose added. “Our heartfelt congrats go out to all the winners. I couldn’t be more proud and humbled to be here among this incredible group of people.”
Girlfriends Films’ 156th installment of “Women Seeking Women” features contract star Prinzzess at the helm. Using her “collections’” of lesbian porn to seduce both eager and reluctant partners into submission the reigning duchess of lesbian porn is featured in two scenes of the three-hour-long feature. Scene pairings include Prinzzess and Summer Day, Prinzzess and newcomer Victoria Voxxx, Jayden Cole and Syren De Mer and Milana May and Jenna Sativa.
During filming, the cast took to social media to broadcast the day’s antics.
Prinzzess tweeted, "Checking out Summer Day while she goes through wardrobe to get ready for my tongue."
Syren De Mer posted an image of Summer Day and Jayden Cole playing with a strap-on captioned, "Having a fun day on the set for Girlfriends Films! Hmmmmm .... What is going on in [Summer Day’s] underwear? What is [Jayden Cole] doing?"
Syren De Mer tweeted again later, following her scene, "OMG I am still weak in the knees after my amazing scene with [Jayden Cole] for Girlfriends Films! This was, by far, the most sensual [intimate] loving scene I have ever had!"
