VENICE, Calif. — Brandi Love’s summer playlist was featured on Fleshbot’s Fleshtunes series.
Her five artists of choice were Kid Rock, Simon & Garfunkel, the Marshall Tucker Band, Guns ‘n Roses and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
“It doesn’t get any more local, or quintessential than Kid Rock’s ‘Up North,’” Love said. “Every time it’s on the radio we crank it way up! For Simon & Garfunkel, the earliest memories of ‘Mrs. Robinson’ trigger the smell of hamburgers on the grill, drinking beers, tying up the boats at Put-in-Bay on Lake Erie and having a blast!”
