CalExotics Director of Marketing Al Bloom told XBIZ that Johanson's agent called the company last week to tell him the news that the talk show host's viewers had chosen the Head Honcho masturbator as their favorite toy, which Bloom said has been impossible to keep in stock since its release several months ago.
"I think everyone went out and bought it," Bloom said. "We ran out of stock on our initial release of this thing. Then we got our second shipment in and it immediately sold out again. It's just going nuts out there in retail."
The Head Honcho, which was designed in part by Johanson, is made extra long, and Bloom said it is wider than any other masturbator on the market. The added girth allows for a tighter fit and heftier grip, he said.
Several internal chambers also provide a suction feeling during use, Bloom said, and that combined with the toy's super-soft, super-stretchy Senso material has made it so popular.
