Ginger Banks to Host 2018 XBIZ Cam Awards Red Carpet

Ginger Banks to Host 2018 XBIZ Cam Awards Red Carpet

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce Ginger Banks, the camming sensation and sex worker advocate, as the official red carpet host of the 2018 XBIZ Cam Awards show set for Thursday, May 31, in conjunction with XBIZ Miami.

Banks began her camming career in May of 2009 on MyFreeCams. Her naughty, yet nice persona, made her an instant favorite among fans round the world.

Since entering adult, Banks has made it her personal mission to end the stigma against performers. Her pet project, #WeAreMany, seeks to shed light on the injustice performers face online. Banks' passion and dedication to empowering the performer community has made her a beacon of hope.

Taking her message mainstream, Banks has been featured in a variety of media outlets, including Yahoo News, Mirror and Rolling Stone.

In addition to her red carpet hosting duties, Banks will also share personal advice on how to deal with chatroom trolls, as well as real-life menaces in a session titled “Camming Trolls: Tackling Cyber Bullies” at XBIZ Miami.

"I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone wears on the red carpet for the 2018 XBIZ Cam Awards!” Banks enthused. “I am also looking forward to sharing my perspective on cyber bullying, and showing how we can help reduce this battle in our community.”

XBIZ Miami will once again culminate with the XBIZ Cam Awards, presented by MyFreeCams. Following the wild success of last summer’s red-carpet extravaganza at the world-famous Versace Mansion, this year’s show recognizes an expanded scope of “cam” by introducing new categories to spotlight the talented clip artists whose skyrocketing popularity is supercharging the world of adult entertainment.

Among the many cam stars participating in this year’s red carpet gala, Catjira, 2018 XBIZ Web Star of the Year, and Vera Sky, the first-ever XBIZ Best Cam Model in North America, will host the awards.

Talent, content producers and affiliates receive free admission to XBIZ Miami, with discounted registration for XBIZ.net members.
