Velvet Co. to Spotlight Thruster Collection at Sex Expo NY

NEW YORK — Velvet Co. will be returning to Sex Expo NY this year and once again showcasing its Thruster line of thrusting silicone dildos.

Sex Expo will be held the weekend of Sept. 22-23 at the Brooklyn Expo Center. Presented by premier camming platform Chaturbate, the two-day event will feature workshops with a variety of educators and sexual wellness experts as well as showcases from top pleasure product manufacturers.

“Velvet Co. is delighted to return to Sex Expo this year, having had great success with both consumers and retailers selling its new product line of thrusting dildos, TheThruster.com,” said Alex Fima, spokesperson for Velvet Co. “The Brooklyn venue is a favorite for us, and the event is very fun. The space is filled with natural light, and it’s very inviting for consumers to come explore and have a great time seeing the latest in adult pleasure products.”

Based in San Diego, Velvet Co. presently features four toys in its Thruster line: Jackie, Frankie, Walter and Abbey — all of which sell for $199.99 at TheThruster.com and will be displayed at Sex Expo.

“Our booth at the show will have demonstration products and videos to educate consumers on handheld fucking machines, and (there will be) lots of giveaways,” Fima said. “Education is important. Vibrators have been the core of adult toys for decades. Our thrusting dildos are very powerful, flexible, body-safe silicone toys — and yet, are very affordable, giving everyone an all-new alternative. This has made our products very desirable with all consumers that want the latest innovation in personal stimulation products.”

Fima added, “For everyone who has always wanted to try a fucking machine, now you can in an affordable handheld sex toy.”

The Brooklyn Expo Center is located at 72 Noble St. in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint area and is within walking distance of the MTA’s Greenpoint Avenue subway station, which is served by the G Train.
