'Sluts and Scholars' Features Drag Queen Jackie Beat, Debuts Live Show

LOS ANGELES — Today on the sex-positive podcast “Sluts & Scholars,” host Nicoletta Heidegger will be interviewing drag performer Jackie Beat.

The podcast starts at 2 p.m. (PDT) and is debuting its first weekly live show on Vivid’s Sirius XM Channel 415. 

“Jackie Beat is hilarious, smart, and fabulous,” Heidegger said. “Her comedy smartly challenges issues throughout time; no matter what people say, Jackie exudes confidence and reminds us all how creative and powerful 'freaks' can be. In the episode, “How to Ruin Already Horrible Songs with Jackie Beat,” Beat shares honest advice on how humor is healing, how to own yourself and cope with bullying and how to love your own body.
