Satisfyer: Court Prohibits Womanizer's Marketing Claims

BERLIN — Pleasure products maker Satisfyer has issued the following press release in regards to a Hamburg regional court’s order prohibiting claims made by competitor Womanizer.

The company said the following:

By order of April 4, 2018, the district court of Hamburg has prohibited the press release of Novoluto GmbH (Womanizer)/Orion Versand GmbH and especially the following points: The judgment of the district court of Duesseldorf of Dec. 14, 2017, refers to the old model of the "Satisfyer Pro 2." Therefore, Novoluto/Orion must point out that the judgment is NOT against the new and by own patents protected by successor model "Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation."

The resolution is not yet final and objections can be filed against this.
