Deadline for XBIZ Summer Forum Special Room Rates Extended to June 15

LAS VEGAS — Warning! The Hard Rock Hotel standard room rate of $129 for XBIZ Summer Forum attendees will end June 15. The second annual B2B trade show takes place July 11-13, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

In addition, while extra rooms have been added to the large block already set aside for Summer Forum attendees, the hotel is selling out so fast that the number of special rate rooms will not be increased again.

What this means is that industry members planning on attending the show should register soon to avoid either the room rate increase or a sell-out of the special-rate room block.

After June 15, room rates will revert to their normal prices. A standard room for Wednesday, June 11, will then go for $259; for the next night, Thursday, the rate for the same room will increase to $329.

“We make this announcement with a slight sense of urgency,” XBIZ Director of Sales Kristen Kaye said. “The Hard Rock Hotel has been extremely generous with their room pricing for our attendees, but the entire hotel is selling out quickly for that week and they needed to set a deadline for the special pricing. They have agreed to extend it to June 15, but that’s it. We strongly urge all prospective attendees to send that email or make that call now, because you can still get a great room at a great price for a great show!”

To make reservations, please call The Hard Rock at 800.HRD.ROCK or go to www.hardrockhotel.com. The group code for XBIZ Summer Forum attendees is “XBIZ’07.”
