HOUSTON — To celebrate “Black HERstory Month,” femme-domme performer Madam Kelli Provocateur will be attending Ebony Dominatrix Weekend in Houston this Friday through Sunday.

The three-day event includes a light cocktail party, a Saturday night BDSM party with limited one-on-one dominatrix time and a CFNM/sissy luncheon with naked humiliation games.
