The video features trannies from Brazil and the U.S. seducing "unsuspecting straight men." The DVD contains five original scenes plus a bonus scene, and has a running time of two-and-a-half hours. The tranny stars are Anita Rik, Hilda Brasil, Taina Lozada, Leticia Vlasak and Thays Schiavinato, who is seen on the cover.
