MysteryVibe Offers Same-Day Delivery for Valentine's Day

NEW YORK — MysteryVibe is making it easy to get a last-minute Valentine’s Day gift today by offering free same-day delivery of its Crescendo luxury vibrator as part of its New York same-day delivery pilot.

In a Now This video on Facebook, MysteryVibe co-creator Stephanie Alys says, “In New York, you could pretty much get anything delivered the same day, except pleasure.”

Alys says, “pleasure is the final frontier for same-day delivery,” and by crossing it, the company is aiming to pave the way for more delivery services to embrace pleasure products.

MysteryVibe CEO Soumyadip Rakshit told XBIZ that the company has seen “tremendous” interest in the service.

“We're hoping to use the response to encourage more traditional retailers, like Amazon and Postmates, to make sexual wellness and pleasure products available for same-day delivery,” he said. “Online ordering has really revolutionized the pleasure product business, but I think mainstream retailers are still struggling to understand the market. We're hoping to be the pioneers here.”

New Yorkers that placed their orders today before noon received free same-day delivery of the Crescendo, which came gift-wrapped with lube and chocolates.

The Crescendo is the world’s first body-adaptable smart vibrator. It features six independent motors with 12 pre-set vibration patterns and 16 power settings. It also is controllable remotely by the Mysteryapp, which also allows users to create their own vibration patterns.
