iWantEmpire's Wesley Woods Enjoys Media Spotlight

LOS ANGELES — iWantEmpire has announced brand ambassador and gay adult film star Wesley Woods is enjoying a slew of media attention this month with interviews and features in Men’s Health, GayPopBuzz, Instinct and Hornet.

“Wesley is showing the world he has arrived and we are very proud to have him as our brand ambassador,” said Jay Phillips, founder and president of iWantEmpire. “Wesley is a multifaceted artist who brings vision, humor, creativity and a deep connection with the LGBTQ+ community. We love his passion, his energy and are very pleased to see him share his story and persona with the media!”

Woods commented, “I am loving all the media attention because it validates all of the work I’ve put into building my brand. I’m grateful to iWantEmpire for putting so much support behind me.

“As their brand ambassador I hope to raise awareness of their artist-first platforms such as iWantFanClub and iWantClips,” he added, “which have created a very safe space for artists to take control of their content, and for fans to enjoy and explore their own desires. I’ve never felt so incredibly at home.”

Woods was featured in Men’s Health this month, where he discussed his diet and exercise regimen to stay in top physical shape.

“On the straight side, it’s not really about [the male performer], it’s about the woman," he told the magazine. "For gay porn, it's two men, so it's obviously different. And our culture requires men to look fit and put together."

The adult star also shared his views on supporting body positivity with Instinct magazine recently, sharing his own experiences: “It amazes me that it’s a ‘movement.’ Let people be people. Let people love who they want, how they want, when they want. Let people dress how they want, look how they want — live how they want. My mom instilled in me love and compassion for others at a young age— I am a caretaker and love to love. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated.”

With Hornet, Woods talked about the award season and attending this year’s trade shows.

Woods also spoke with GayPopBuzz.com about his comedy how he joined the industry: “It was really an addition to the stand-up comedy work I’m currently doing. I believe my first porn movie happened in 2015. Both are forms of entertainment, and both make people happy. It was just a natural fit for me.”
