“It’s unheard of for a toy company to offer this length of warranty, but it’s great peace of mind for the consumer,” said Lucy Vonne D’Olimpio, a sales executive at Evolved Novelties. “Basically, the customer is guaranteed to have a toy for five years, because if anything happens during that long period, they can send it back and get a new one immediately.”
