PHILADELPHIA — TLA Entertainment Group has announced the promotion of two key executives to new marketing positions within the company.
Former content marketing manager Cody Short has been promoted to creative marketing director, while Erik Schut maintains the position of managing director of content and marketing.
“I’m thrilled to be working closely with Erik to make the new TLAgay bigger and better than it’s ever been,” said Short. “We’ve got a lot of new developments in the pipeline — in both gay adult and gay cinema realms — that I think customers will be very excited to see.”
The duo is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of TLA Entertainment’s subsidiaries and brands TLA Video, TLA Gay and Popporn, with a focus on digital marketing and campaigns and individual brand strategies.
With the pair of promotions in place — on the heels of Brian Sokel’s recent company departure —studio representatives are advised to contact Short and Schut for marketing matters moving forward.
