Report: Trump Lawyer Arranged Payout to Stormy Daniels

WASHINGTON — Adult star and director Stormy Daniels is making headlines today.

The Wall Street Journal reported that a lawyer for President Donald Trump arranged a $130,000 payment to her a month before the 2016 election as part of an agreement that precluded her from publicly discussing an alleged sexual encounter with him.

Daniels, a Wicked contract star, privately alleged the encounter with Trump took place after they met at a July 2006 celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing information from “people familiar with the matter.”

“In this matter, there is no allegation of a nonconsensual interaction,” the Wall Street Journal said.

Daniels, in a statement, denied reports of any sexual involvement with Trump, saying that her activities with him were limited to public appearances “and nothing more.”

“If indeed I did have a relationship with Donald Trump, trust me, you wouldn’t be reading about it in the news. You would be reading about it in my book.”

Daniels has appeared in more than 150 adult films; she also has directed 70 films.

Daniels received XBIZ Awards honors in 2007 as crossover star of the year and in 2016 as director of the year.
