LOS ANGELES — Elegant Angel has announced the launch of its next series, "Young Black Starlets," which streets Dec. 25.

Elegant Angel is shipping all preorders of “Young Black Starlets” now, and copies will be available for purchase online and at retail stores on Dec. 25.
