Studio 20's Mugur Frunzetti to Give 'XBIZ Talk' at January Show

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Studio 20’s Mugur Frunzetti, the animated CEO whose passion bleeds for his rising and highly popular cam studio enterprise, will offer an exclusive “XBIZ Talk” at the 2018 XBIZ Show next month.

Frunzetti will deliver a monologue — "Leadership Through Passion" — that will elaborate on how he grew Studio 20 into a powerhouse brand —  with more than 350 performers operating in studios in Europe, South America and the U.S.

“Leadership is all about passion,” Frunzetti told XBIZ. “Entrepreneurship is all about passion. Success is all about passion. Passion leads to vision and incredible work strength, the two ingredients that bring success in everything we attempt.”

Frunzetti’s passion for his company might be due to faith in his own vision. He’s been an entrepreneur for 23 years, 19 years of them online and 17 in cams.

He founded Studio 20 in Bucharest in 2013, and after expanding to half dozen studios in Romania — from Cluj-Napoca to Bucharest Unirii — Frunzetti opened one in Hollywood, Calif. Now, Studio 20s also can be found in Budapest and Cali, Colombia.

In an interview earlier this year, Frunzetti told XBIZ that it is his strong belief that there is room for a Studio 20 in each of the world’s cities.

“We created a franchise network to help any entrepreneur become a successful studio owner,” he said. “Our approach is to have at least 100 live cam studios in the next three years by the end of 2020.”

Frunzett admitted that operating one of Studio 20’s franchise is much like any other business and that passion always comes to play.

“We believe the heart of what we do is ‘people relating to people,’” Frunzetti said. “Our focus is on understanding the needs of our members and helping our models relate to them.”

XBIZ 2018 returns to West Hollywood, Calif.’s stylish Andaz hotel from Jan. 15-19 to deliver an upgraded slate of events, culminating on Thursday, Jan. 18, with the 2018 XBIZ Awards show.
