Shy Love, with five years in the industry as on-camera talent, is running the new agency.
During her time as one the adult industry's most sought-after performers, Love said that leaves her in a unique position to understand the needs and wants of the women she represents. Love also said she serves as both agent and advisor, teaching the girls about hygiene, exercise, diet and beauty tips as well as making sure that the Adult Talent Mangers roster is filled with girls who are beautiful, talented, prompt and professional.
"I saw a real need for quality representation in this industry," Love said. "When it came time for me to take the next step in my adult career, I decided that I could bring something unique to a talent agency. We need an agency that looks out for the interests of the girls, while also teaching them what they need to be the best they can be. That is what I'm trying to do with Adult Talent Managers."
Adult Talent Managers said it distinguishes itself due to the wide variety of talent it represents, from industry veterans like Nakita Kash, to contract stars like Hustler's Memphis Monroe. One of the newest members of the Adult Talent Managers team is Katee Holmes.
Holmes also appeared on Playboy Radio with hosts Ginger Lynn and Christy Canyon on Sirius satellite radio channel 198, at 5 p.m. PDT on Tuesday.
