VENICE, Calif. — Mick Blue received 10 nominations for the 2018 XBIZ Awards.
Blue is nominated for Male Performer of the Year and Director of the Year; he also received three Best Sex Scene noms and a Gonzo Series of the Year for BAM Visions’ "Anal Euphoria."
As a director, he helmed releases that are up for Best Latin Release and Best Asian Release. He and wife Anikka Albrite also starred as the Baumgartners in the feature “Adventures With the Baumgartners” (Adam & Eve Pictures), which made the cut for Couples-Themed Release of the Year. He also starred in “Agent 69,” which is in the running for Feature Movie of the Year.
“This is really a great honor,” Mick said. “There are so many projects that are being recognized, it’s very gratifying. I’m thrilled for everyone in each of those scenes, as well as the companies, directors and everyone it takes to get a movie out there. A big thank you to XBIZ for these nominations.”
