LOS ANGELES — Sienna Sinclaire will be hosting her Nude Yoga class, as part of "her quest to maintain health and wellness through her Naughty Challenge" this Saturday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m. The event is already sold out, but a waiting list is available.
"Naughty Expert" Sinclaire is the author of five "Naughty Travel Guides" ("Naughty Girl’s Guide to Los Angeles," "Naughty Girl’s Guide to Las Vegas," "Naughty Guide to Vancouver," "Naughty Guide to San Diego" and "Naughty Guide to San Francisco").
Each of the event's "intimate settings" is limited to 10 people total with an even ratio of men to women in an indoor/outdoor "Zen setting." The afternoon event will be two hours, with 45 minutes of yoga and the option to take a dip in the pool after the class. The only thing registered guests need to bring is a yoga mat, a towel and sunscreen, should they choose to nude yoga in the sun.
“I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years,” Sinclaire said. “It helps me stay flexible and open-minded in bed. It’s the perfect event for those who want to be healthy along with meeting like-minded individuals or couples in an intimate setting.”
