Vendo's Arrondo to Speak on AI Panel With Google, Booking Execs

AMSTERDAM — Thierry Arrondo, Vendo Service’s managing director, will speak as a panelist at the Merchant Risk Council’s conference in Amsterdam on Wednesday.

The focus of the discussion that Arrondo will be part of includes machine learning. Co-panelists will include internet giants Google and Booking.com.

Vendo’s Arrondo noted he was delighted to be invited by the Merchant Risk Council to discuss the company’s experience in developing artificial intelligence systems, which contributes to safer transactions and increased revenue for the industry.

The Merchant Risk Council is “the leading global trade association for eCommerce fraud and payments professionals” focused on making online commerce safer and more profitable.

Vendo — winner of the 2017 XBIZ Awards Billing Company of the Year (IPSP) — is committed to spreading the benefits of AI, Arrondo said. The company plays a key role in improving businesses by enabling executives to make better decisions with their data.
