LOS ANGELES — In honor of the “Miss America” broadcast coming up on Sept. 10, AIPdaily will celebrate the events by offering an exclusive clip from the Vivid Entertainment movie, “Faithless," starring former Miss USA Kelli McCarty starting Sept. 11.
Vivid introduced “Faithless” in 2009, headlined by McCarty, who was the first-ever “reverse crossover” actress to leave mainstream acting to star in an adult film, the company reported. She approached Vivid because she wanted to show her erotic side, and thought that making a movie with the company would be the best way to do it.
“There wasn’t anything we could have taught Kelli,” said Vivid head Steven Hirsch, adding, “she is naturally sexy and knows how to heat up the screen, so that the viewer gets turned on from the minute she appears in a scene.”
“Faithless” director Paul Thomas said, “Kelli’s acting experience definitely gave her an erotic edge in this movie. Her love of sex made a believer out of me.”
