LOS ANGELES — Penthouse today announced that it has inked an agreement with Girlfriends Films to become its exclusive worldwide DVD distributor.
“I have worked with Girlfriends Films for years,” Penthouse CEO Kelly Holland said. “I’ve admired the brand and believe it is one of the great success stories in the adult business.
“Girlfriends has now become the most successful DVD distributor in the adult business, and we are thrilled to have them representing the Penthouse brand.”
Moose, Girlfriends Films’ owner, said: “The Penthouse brand is all about women, and so are we. With what Kelly Holland has done to preserve the integrity of what Penthouse is all about, we couldn’t be more pleased or proud to have the honor of distributing such a top name in the industry.”
Penthouse announced that there are a number of DVDs already scheduled for future release, including “Corrupted By An Angel” by producer and director Joanna Angel. The title enlists an all-star cast of performers, including Angel herself and Penthouse Pets Riley Nixon, Gina Valentina, and Penthouse Pet of the Year Jenna Sativa.
This will be Angel’s first time back in the director’s chair, outside of her own company.

New Penthouse releases will be in stores as early as Friday, Sept. 8.
