LONDON — Nexus has unveiled the Ultra Si prostate massager, which combines silicone with firm polypropylene for enhanced dual density sensations.
Using the shape of the Nexus Neo, the Ultra Si dual prostate and perineum massager is designed to fit within the male form. The shaft is shaped to massage the prostate internally while the stainless steel rollerball rolls against the perineum.
