BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado has announced the debut of its monthly newsletter, Eldorado Edge.
“Eldorado is changing things up in 2017 and has rolled out a new customer communications strategy,” the company said. “Our goal is to create more effective communications with thoughtful content to re-engage our customer base.”
Eldorado launched the first issue of Eldorado Edge in April. The May and June newsletters are now available. Each newsletter will be sent on the third Tuesday of every month and will contain articles on topics including industry news/trends, seasonal merchandising tips, business best practices and employee spotlights.
“We are also including a survey in each issue to better understand our customers’ wants and needs and how to best serve them,” the company said. “This new monthly customized content is a great value-added service Eldorado customers will receive.”
In addition, subscribers will receive one weekly newsletter (new format coming soon) that will remain focused on premier products, new items and special offers.
