VENICE, Calif. — Anna Bell Peaks has announced she has reached half a million followers on Instagram.
“I’ve always placed a very high value on spreading the word on social media,” Peaks said. “We do so much work in this industry and it’s so competitive, you have to really put in the extra work just to make sure people know you’re there. It would be terrible to do all this and for nobody to know you exist!
“And it helps everyone — producers and directors and the other talent, everyone benefits from it,” she continued. “And no one more than the fans, who now have so much access that they couldn’t have dreamed of just a few years ago, and they really appreciate the work. I’ve established so many important connections through social media, I can’t imagine not doing it.”
Additionally, Peaks released a 20-minute introduction video announcing a weekly Facebook show. A representative stated it received 500,000 views in the first 24 hours. Her new Facebook show will be an hour long and air every Monday at 7 p.m. (PDT). For more information, click here.
