TTS Enhances Required Medical History Questionnaire

TTS Enhances Required Medical History Questionnaire

MIAMI — Talent Testing Services today said it has introduced a new medical history questionnaire, known as the MHQ, which has been revamped from its previous version and is necessary for talent to answer it before their next test.

The new questionnaire was implemented after the testing service appointed its new medical director, Dr. Jason Dazely.

“TTS has tailored its MHQ specifically for the adult industry clientele,” TTS officials said. “Our MHQ captures practical, reliable and valid information from the talent’s point of view. The answers will help our medical staff better address a talent’s health concerns, based on their MHQ.”

The MHQ is only viewed by trained medical staff at TTS and it must be revised every two years, TTS officials said.

Adult industry clients can complete the MHQ at TalentTestingService.com and click the link that states "Please Complete MHQ to Get Tested." Clients can also call TTS agents Jennifer or Maria with the number previously supplied by the testing agency.

TTS is a privately held company with headquarters in Miami and offices in Los Angeles, Oakland and Las Vegas.
