LONDON — Organizers of the Prowler Porn Awards have announced the start of the nominations period for its May program.
The Prowlers will be held Wednesday, May 11, at the gay London nightspot Fire.
This year, Canadian-based Prowler Distribution, talent agency ApplyToModel and live cam company CAM4 are sponsoring the awards program, which celebrates the best in gay British porn.
The gala ceremony will draw the industry’s leading British adult players from studios, websites and DVD brands. Last year, the celebration attracted more than 600 guests.
“Three weeks into the nomination round, and we have been overwhelmed by the number of nominations received — 2,000 to date and the number continues to climb as we head towards March 30 when nominations close,” Prower organizer Benjamin Willis said. “I want to encourage everybody to register their nominations and to congratulate all those that receive a nomination.”
Final voting gets underway on April 6 and closes one week before the awards program.
