LOS ANGELES — TroubleFilms has announced the release of Bella Vendetta's directorial debut “The Training of Poe,” which will be available via multiple formats on Jan. 17.
The film features Chelsea Poe and chronicles her submissive transformation as she travels to the mountains of Western Massachusetts. There she undergoes an intense four-day slave training with dominatrix mistress Bella Vendetta.
“It is certainly not a fetish film, or a porn film in any traditional sense," Vendetta said. "I really got to take my time with the slave training process just as I would have done in my personal life. It's not theatrical or camped up for the camera, but rather a very sexy BDSM lifestyle documentary that is beautifully shot.”
The movie was shot entirely in the mountains of Western Massachusetts with stills and video by Heartless Productions. Local folk musician Autumn Forever did the music.
"Working on ‘The Training of Poe’ was a huge growing process for myself both on and off camera,” Poe said. “Everything in the ‘The Training of Poe’ is coming from a really authentic place that I really can't wait to share with everyone who gets to see this film."
