LOS ANGELES — Immoral Productions has received five nominations in the 2017 XBIZ Awards, to be held Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and hosted by Ron Jeremy.
The Los Angeles-based studio is nominated for Latin-Themed Release of the Year for “Sexy Senoritas 13,” Asian-Themed Release of the Year for “Asian Persuasion 8” and Pro-Am Release of the Year for “Fuck a Fan 27” and “New Girl in Town 22.” And Immoral CEO Dan Leal, aka Porno Dan, is up for Crossover Star of the Year.
This is Immoral’s fifth XBIZ Awards nomination for the “Asian Persuasion” series, its third for the “New Girl in Town,” its sixth for the “Sexy Senoritas” series and the fifth for a “Fuck a Fan” release.
“I have had over 50 XBIZ nominations since I have been in porn and truly value each one of them,” Leal said. “I want to thank everyone who has made them possible, especially my crew, Streamate, the models and the agents.”
Leal has received mainstream recognition in the past. His television series, “The Right Hand,” aired on the Sky network in Italy earlier this year, and he was part of the documentary, “Love in Porn” — which was a finalist in France’s Cannes Film Festival in the short film category.
