Berman Innovations Nominated for 3 XBIZ Awards

LOS ANGELES — Berman Innovations has received three nominations in the 2017 XBIZ Awards, to be held on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and hosted by Ron Jeremy.

Its product POPDildo by The Semenette is nominated for Sex Toy of the Year: Non-Powered and Specialty Product/Line of the Year, and Berman Innovations is nominated for LGBT Pleasure Products Company of the Year.

“I am overwhelmed with excitement at receiving 3 XBIZ award nominations,” said Stephanie Berman, CEO and founder of Berman Innovations. “This has been a year of new beginnings, with the launch of POPDildo. (2016 has been) filled with so much growth and positive feedback about our new toy. I’m thrilled to have our efforts recognized by the industry and our peers. I am so passionate about sexual health education, especially for my fellow LGBTQ+ community members, which makes me particularly proud of the LGBT Pleasure Products Company of the Year nomination. Thank you, XBIZ, and congratulations to all of the nominees.”

Berman Innovations has congratulated Aiden Starr for her Fetish Release of the Year nomination in the 2017 XBIZ Awards for “Lesbian Anal Sex Slaves 2,” which featured POPDildo prominently. The film, distributed by Evil Angel and directed by Starr, has been described as the first film to feature cum shots in all-girl scenes.

“I am so happy for Aiden's work to be recognized with this nomination,” Berman said. “This was the first movie that POPDildo was featured in, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person, performer or director to have worked with. Aiden has a very unique style, and she showcased another way of using POPDildo perfectly. Congratulations!”

Justin Rich, Evil Angel’s domestic sales manager, said, "The first release in [Starr’s] series did really well with a potent brew of popular niches: lesbian plus strap-on plus anal plus slave kink. This new one extends that with a special attraction: finally, an all-girl movie has cum shots.”

In addition to Starr, “Lesbian Anal Sex Slaves 2” features Daisy Ducati, Ziggy Star, Casey Calvert, Sovereign Syre, Kimberly Kane, Yhivi and Skin Diamond.
