Dame Products' Fin Becomes 1st Sex Toy on Kickstarter

Dame Products' Fin Becomes 1st Sex Toy on Kickstarter

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Dame Products has launched a Kickstarter campaign for its second product, Fin — an ergonomically designed finger vibe.

Though MinnaLife’s kGoal — a smart kegel trainer — was successfully funded on Kickstarter in 2014, Fin is the first product designed distinctly for pleasure to tap into the site’s backers, which Business Insider reports is nearly 12 million strong.

According to Dame Products’ Kickstarter campaign, “Fin is a small, wearable vibrator designed to feel like a part of you, so you can be a part of something amazing.

“Unlike most vibrators, Fin is worn between your fingers like a natural extension of your body. It seamlessly adds vibration to foreplay and sex, without spoiling the mood.”

Fin can be worn on fingertips, the base of one’s palm, or the backside of the fingers to offer direct contact. It features three speeds — low, medium and high, is rechargeable and is made of medical-grade silicone.

Dame’s first product, Eva, is a hands-free couples vibrator that offers clitoral stimulation to the female wearer.

“After launching Eva, we’d heard from some couples that while a hands-free vibrator is great, sometimes they wanted a hands-on experience, too,” Dame Products says. “Vibrators worn on the hand have the potential to be great toys for first-time users, sex toy pros, couples or individuals. However, the market didn't have a standout finger vibrator that balanced quality and ease of use with a reasonable price.”

Fin will retail for $74.99.
