Refinery29 Releases 2nd Doc Johnson Video

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Refinery29 has released the video “How Vibrators Are Made,” the second in a series about Doc Johnson’s manufacturing process.

The newest video, which comes hot on the heels of this month’s earlier Refinery29 video, “How Sex Toys Are Made,”  follows the making of Doc Johnson’s upcoming American Pop line at its North Hollywood campus.

“This kind of earned media coverage is still the gold standard when it comes to raising awareness and building credibility in the mainstream,” Doc Johnson COO/CCO Chad Braverman said.

“We look at Refinery29 as one of the strongest brands reaching the millennial consumer today, and we’re very pleased with the results we’ve seen from these two videos. It’s clear that Refinery29 has helped create some Doc Johnson fans, and we are very grateful for their amazing work.”

Doc Johnson’s most recent feature on Refinery29 is the latest in a string of recent mainstream press for the company, which includes a full-length feature video on BuzzFeed, a two-page spread in Women’s Health Magazine, an interview in Forbes, and a product spotlight in Cosmopolitan that gave Doc Johnson’s OptiMALE Rechargeable Vibrating C-Ring the title of Best Couple’s Toy.

American Pop is slated for an early November release date.
