CalExotics, JOPEN Offering Retailer Support

LOS ANGELES — CalExotics and its sister company JOPEN have teamed up to assist retailers with in-person and online support.

CalExotics offers the CalExotics Institute as a resource for industry professionals to learn about CalExotics and JOPEN products, along with merchandising and sales techniques. The portal also offers sexual health and wellness information to help further educate users.

In-store support is available through training and merchandising assistance. Recently, CalExotics and JOPEN teamed up to assist Florida retailer, The Adult Store. The 8000 square foot store was recently remodeled, and the CalExotics and JOPEN team assisted in bringing in new products and merchandising assistance. Sales support was also provided, with product videos, displays, testers and more. William Beach, general manager/buyer of The Adult Store for the past 18 years, says, “Thank you CalExotics and JOPEN. Your prompt assistance and supportive team have helped make our remodeled store an even bigger success.”

“This type of work is something we thrive on. Retailers are the heart of our business and helping them is a top priority,” says Susan Colvin, founder and CEO of CalExotics.

Jackie White, executive vice president of CalExotics, said, “We offer assistance to retailers across the globe. Our team travels more than 750,000 miles per year to ensure we supply retailers with the support they need to thrive."
