LONDON —The United Kingdom Adult Producers (UKAP) held their 11th annual awards show at Fourteen in London’s Leicester Square on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
U.K. stars Ben Dover and Linsey Dawn McKenzie hosted the awards with starlet Carmel Anderson, and the show was sold out.
Terry Stephens, UKAP’s chairman and event organizer, described Sept. 27 as a day of different events. A screening of “Respectable: The Mary Millington Story" was held, and the film was honored with an inaugural award: Legends of Adult Entertainment. And Mary Millington was honored posthumously with a tribute of Super Sounds of the 70s before the UKAP Awards, making this show the biggest yet for UKAP since they launched as an association in 2006.
The event, UKAP said, saw a few firsts, with Cam 4 VR announcing their U.K. winner at the event, Hard Drive.XXX, along with Red Cam Hot Play and the event’s main sponsors AdultWork.com and Pay4XXX.
