CalExotics Working With Amazon to Protect Brand, Intellectual Property

LOS ANGELES — Susan Colvin, founder and CEO of CalExotics, has announced that the pleasure products company is working with Amazon.com in order to protect its intellectual property.

“CalExotics is continuing its efforts to protect its brand and associated intellectual property,” Colvin said. “Through these efforts, we are working with the largest electronic commerce company, Amazon, to provide legitimate, high-quality information. In doing so, CalExotics has registered its newest items from the Jul. 2016 release on the website.”

Colvin said that “in order to be in compliance with CalExotics’ intellectual property,” one “must use the official ASIN to list and resell on Amazon.”

“For compliance questions, or to get more information on CalExotics’ ongoing brand protection efforts, contact us directly,” Colvin said.
