NEW YORK — “The SDR Show,” hosted by comedian Big Jay Oakerson and radio personality Ralph Sutton, will be celebrating “August Anal Awareness Month” on tonight’s broadcast with a guest appearance by Philadelphia-based burlesque performer Loretta Vendetta — who will be discussing proper anal sex techniques.
