VALENCIA, Calif. — This month marks NETbilling's 18th anniversary providing payment processing, merchant account acquisition and call center services to ecommerce and retail businesses worldwide.

NETbilling, which provides 24/7/365 services, was established in 1998 by ecommerce entrepreneurs who saw the need for a full service company for those merchants who desired to establish their own merchant accounts to save money and have more control over their payment processing.
