Nalpac CEO Honored With XBIZ Industry Pioneer Award

FERNDALE, Mich. — Nalpac has announced its founder and CEO, Ralph Caplan, has been selected as an Industry Pioneer Award Honoree for the 2016 XBIZ Awards.

XBIZ announced the honorees on Tuesday, revealing Ralph Caplan to be among the four recipients selected to receive the prestigious award. Joining Ralph in this recognition are company founders Ilan Bunimovitz of GameLink, Kenny Guarino of Metro and Marty Tucker of Topco Sales.

One of XBIZ’s highest honors, the Industry Pioneer Award is presented to those who have demonstrated a remarkable ability to forecast their sector with high precision — spurring innovation and provide a guiding light for those who came after them.

“I am extremely honored to receive the Industry Pioneer Award,” Caplan said. “I want to thank XBIZ and everybody involved for recognizing the 45 years of hard work it took to build Nalpac to the success it is today. I'd also like to thank our customers, suppliers and the staff at Nalpac for all the support throughout the years. I'm proud to be a part of such a wonderful industry and look forward to many years to come.”

Caplan will be honored along with the other 2016 Industry Pioneer Award recipients during an on-screen segment at the 2016 XBIZ Awards Show which takes place on Jan. 15 at the J.W. Marriott at L.A. Live in Los Angeles, Calif.

Recognized as one of the industry’s top award shows, the XBIZ Awards, presented by LiveJasmin, is an annual celebration of the adult industry’s excellence across every aspect of the multibillion-dollar business, including movie production, pleasure products, technology and retail.
