BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Hustler Video is set to release a pair of never-before-seen films starring John Holmes.
The two features, “Balls in Action” and “Doctor, I’m Coming,” represent the first features shot with the young, future superstar who worked through the 1970s and 1980s in porn.
The films’ director, when recently contacted, revealed he chose not to release the two movies due to a career change that he was making at the time they were shot, according to Hustler founder and Chairman Larry Flynt. The director still seeks to remain anonymous.
“We comb through an enormous amount of content on a regular basis and, every once in a while, come across something really special,” Flynt said. “This is one of those times. We’re very excited to bring these hidden treasures to the public.”
“With Mr. Flynt’s keen interest in the production of erotic content, he frequently makes purchases of large lots of adult films and examines them to see if there is any material of interest,” said Robert Smith, Hustler Video’s director of operations. “This time, he hit the jackpot!”
Hustler Video has remastered the classics and plans to make them available on DVD from Zero Tolerance, Hustler TV and Hustler.com later this month.
