Doc Johnson Debuts Home Delivery Service

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Pleasure products company Doc Johnson announced today that it has partnered with Postmates to roll out on-demand delivery starting with Los Angeles County via DocsHousecalls.com.

The site offers same-day delivery in select Los Angeles areas for select Doc Johnson products.

Chad Braverman, Doc Johnson’s COO and creative director, said that in some cases products can be delivered within an hour.

“Knowing that fast delivery has been a top request with Doc Johnson fans, we see a tremendous opportunity to bring the Doc Johnson experience to consumers where and when they want it most,” Braverman said. “Offering home delivery in the Los Angeles area is just the beginning. We plan on rolling out this service nationwide.”

Doc Johnson has already started testing their delivery service and plans to offer home delivery of their high-quality pleasure products nationally, he noted.

“We are the preeminent brand in our industry and consumers look to us to be the first to offer new products, new technology and new services. Once again Doc Johnson is setting new standards by listening to mainstream consumer feedback and offering a one-of-a-kind, progressive service,” Braverman said. “We feel this is the next step in creating a revolutionary brand experience that customers have come to expect.”

After an order is placed, Braverman noted, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the estimated delivery arrival time. If for whatever reason a product cannot be delivered, the customer will be contacted immediately.

Online business hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

For further information on Doc Johnson products, as well as catalogs and supplements, marketing materials such as posters, signage and plan-o-grams, visit Doc Johnson’s online B2B Resource Center at B2BDocJohnson.com or contact sales@docjohnson.com.
