LOS ANGELE — Two male adult performers and a female in Prague are alleged to have tested positive for syphilis, multiple sources told XBIZ Monday.
“This is 100 percent correct,” said one U.S. industry source with knowledge of the situation in Europe.
The cities of Prague, Czech Republic, and Budapest, Hungary, are hubs for porn produced in Europe, hosting hundreds of shoots every year.
Eszter of the Budapest-based Brill Babes talent agency told XBIZ Monday her agency is taking precautions.
“So far we can do only for the moment to separate our two models who had direct contact with the guy. We send them to get penicillin injections and don’t book them for works as long as the ‘sleeping time’ of syphilis is over. We protect our models as much as possible, however Budapest is clear from all this. We hope it will stay like this with the corresponding precautions.”
