2015 Inked Awards Closes Fan Voting

NEW YORK — Although past Inked Awards ceremonies were conducted online, the 2015 Inked Awards is going to be a live event and is set to take place during Exxxotica New Jersey on Saturday, Nov. 14

Karmen Karma and Draven Star are hosting the event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, N.J., and Catherine Tayler and Cali Carter will serve as trophy girls.

Last year marked the first year for fan-voted categories, making fans part of the decision process. And this year, fans voted a record number of times for Best Tits, Best Ass, Perfect Pussy, Social Media Queen, Best Oral, Best Anal and Inked Feature of the Year.

Voting closed earlier this month and is currently being tabulated.

Panel voting makes up the other half of the award categories. Industry veterans from throughout the adult industry who have a love of ink vote and decide who wins Cam Girl of the Year, Starlet of the Year, Female Performer of the Year, BBW of the Year, Director of the Year, Scene of the Year, Scene of the Year, Girl/Girl Scene of the Year, Best Group Scene of the Year, DVD of the Year, Studio of the Year and Hall of Fame.

The Bill Synder Achievement Award makes its debut this year. Named after the industry veteran with 30 year’s experience who helped build Inked Angels into site, Bill Synder is also the event coordinator for the awards show.

The award recognizes adult industry leaders that include directors and business owners in adult who have made their mark.

“Bill and I were really blown away by the number of fan votes cast — every nominee really pushed themselves on social media, and it definitely showed,” Inked Angels owner Jason Jones said. “We’re glad that everyone is so excited about our live awards show. It’s a little more than a month away and it’s going to be an amazing event and a great way to acknowledge adult performers and cam models who sport ink, but are sometimes overlooked by the other awards shows.”

This year's awards are sponsored by Cam4, Hot Movies, AltGirlMedia, Chaturbate, Burning Angel, The Rub PR, Gnarly Ride, Spunk Lube, Titcoin, Tantus, Porn: The Game and X Tax Pros.

The Inked Awards will be held  the Hilton Garden Inn located at 50 Raritan Center Pkwy. in Edison. A reception and purple carpet clad with press and a live broadcast by Demon Seed Radio will start the festivities at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the awards will promptly begin at 9 p.m.
