LOS ANGELES — Nexxt Level Talent performer Kleio Valentien stars in "Ronda ArouseMe," the new parody from director Joanna Angel and her studio BurningAngel Entertainment.
The spoof has grabbed the attention of mainstream Hollywood as news outlets such as Fox News and TMZ have picked up on the buzz.
Valentien plays the title character who is based on UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey.
"It only made sense to cast Kleio as Ronda in 'Ronda ArouseMe,' in addition to the physical similarities her and Ronda have, Kleio is an amazing actress, and performer," Joanna Angel said. "She's also in incredible shape, and she's been the number one ranking girl on BurningAngel consistently for at least five years. I needed a powerful person to be the lead in what I knew would be our best-selling movie and Kleo was an obvious choice.”
Valentien remarked, "I had a great time with the choreographing of the fight scenes and was honored to be able to parody one of my role models. I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as I enjoyed being in it!”
Rousey herself acknowledged the spoof during a recent Reddit AMA.
“It’s funny, I used to hear that name in high school sometimes,” Rousey said. "At least some girl somewhere is paying her bills with it now.”
