LOS ANGELES — Exile Distribution's president of sales, Howard Levine, told XBIZ Thursday he has taken on a new line of DVDs from emerging studio Devious Productions, which will roll out its debut title during the first week of October.
Levine said Devious Productions is a hardcore line shot in HD that "pushes the envelope."
"I am very selective with new companies," Levine said. "I will only take on the ones that I know will sell. This has top stars and every movie delivers."
The first movie is called "Busty Babes in Lingerie" starring Daria Glover; that will be followed a week later by "Lovely Teen Lesbians" with Euforia and Kate; and then "My Step Mom Has Big Tits" starring Kylie Ireland and Ashlyn Rae the following week. The fourth release from Devious will be "Nasty Anal Sluts" featuring Mercedesz during the last week of October.
Levine said upon reviewing the Devious footage that bringing them on board was a no-brainer.
"The content was really good, the boxes were really good. The stars that they’re using in them are very popular," he added. "And it's a little bit of a harder line and box cover."
He said the harder fare is trending with buyers in the current climate.
